We still have some issues but the door looks good. I need to take it back in soon to have it adjusted, as the locks do not work.

They did an excellent job on my van. It was repaired back to orginial quality. Dave(the owner) personally was involved every step of the way along with Jim .Terri at the front desk was kind and patient with my numerous calls to check on the progress being made and the auto tech(kevn?) showed me everything that had been done. They worked closely with Allstate to make sure all of the $29,000 in repairs were covered and paid for in a timely manner. I feel safe in my van again since all airbags were replaced after the collision and all safety features were restored. It took 2 months for repairs and I feel it was time well spent to have it returned to me n excellent condition. Have and will continue to recommend Crash 1 off Alpine for auto body work.

The process was very easy with the insurance adjuster and the company. The quality of work was very good and the repair was completed within the timeframe they had told me. I would usse this repair facility again.

They were great -- Kent, the General Manager, went above and beyond to try to source a salvaged spoiler and find one with paint that matched my car so that I didn't have to pay for painting or extra labor. Prior to that, he ran me several estimates of different scenarios in case he couldn't find a matching spoiler. After finding the spoiler, I explained that I didn't have the ability to drop the car off and leave it, so he accommodated me by allowing me to bring it in at my best ability and they would intall it while I wait, as well as buff out any imperfections they saw. I was in and out in 40 minutes. The receptionist even faxed something for me for work! I'm going to use them later to touch up the rock chips in my hood.

The price was reasonable and they did a good job. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed it relatively quickly and everything went great. Their price was competitive with everybody else. We would use them again.

They were very unsatisfactory. They started work without authorization. I sold the car while it was in the shop and when I tried to intervene, they wouldn't do anything. I lost out on the sale of the car and I was very unhappy.

Car fell off jack and gouged into body molding below door. Also fell on the disc brake. A rattling in the wheel area resulted. This was the provider of choice set by my insurance co. I specifically told them to REPLACE the body molding. However when I asked for the old part back while the job was in progress, they handed me a part that had been repaired, sanded, and primed. I asked them why it was being repaired and they said they blamed it on miscommunication with shop staff. When all said and done the replacement molding turned out fine. The rattling was a different story. They had my car for a week and never let me know the status without me having to call them. They said it was done, and when I went to pick it up, the told me it would be $400...but before i paid I asked if I could drive it to make sure the rattle was gone....Is was still there. So i told them they werent getting their money til it was FIXED!!! They then kept it for another couple days and removed a "bent" wheel stabilizer bar. I compared it to a new bar...and it looked exactly the same. Oh, and the rattle was still there. They told me to take it to a BMW service center because they didnt know what the problem was. I ended up paying them for the job even though they didnt fix it, and they tore up the trunk liner (and i mean tore up...had to throw it away). Also they aparently took off the bumper for some reason because it stuck off the side of the car by the wheel well by 1/2 inch. They are HORRIBLE!!! worst company ive ever used in my life!!! LIARS...CHEATS...AND THEIVES!!!
