Description of Work: Gregg was excellent. He painted 3 bedrms. and small hall with 2 coats. He was finished in days. He was very professional and also did small repairs to the walls. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Very, very satisfied.

For what was completed he did a nice job and cleaned up well. The problem was that there were parts missed, the first time I called he showed up within 2 days at which point I paid him. But I didn't know that he still didn't get everything. The next two times I called I got a "I'll be out next week", the following two calls after that I never got a response. So, I still have two unfinished doorway trims and a patio railing. The contract stipulated that ALL white trim on the whole house was to be done. If you decide to hire him, be absolutely positive that he got everything the contract stipulated before you pay.
Description of Work: I had exterior painting done. The contract stipulated that all the white trim was to be done on the whole house and then there were corner boards, chimney, north wall, and some other spots/trim to be done in the main house color.

We are disappointed as well, We went above and beyond by providing extras for the customer. Per Customer Request: Easement was for a “Touch-up job” rather than whole house. We would have hoped this was realized and provided a great deal of satisfaction, Proposal was for painting miscellaneous areas of weathered “Gray body/siding” and “white trim” of house “Excluding enclosed porch area; to be done by customer” Not only did we; “Touch-up miscellaneous areas” as per contract. We painted the most weathered sides: West/front, north/side, and west/fireplace, Completely. The enclosed porch area was not in our bid, yet to be nice we painted the bad areas: window sills, and top of railing. Our generosity was seen as reason to ask for more painting of the porch at no-charge.
