They arrived right on time, did a great job. Floors are beautiful in our 100 plus year old house. A very fair price.

It went well. We were told that it would take 1 1/2 days for them to finish; we could walk on the floors that second evening and probably return the furniture to the rooms the following day. However, the floor didn't dry as quickly as they thought and we had to wait another day to put the furniture back in. The odor wasn't as bad as other people say it is. A lesser odor lingered, though, for about a week. Dust was hardly an issue because their machines suck a lot of it up, and Briggs blocked off other rooms with heavy plastic. Overall, a very good experience; floors look fabulous!!

Did an excellent job. Entire job took about 3 days to sand down all surfaces and refinish with 2 coats. Left the home cleaned up each day and took out all debris. Actual cost came in at $750 under bid.

Steve and his guys knows what they are doing. Very reasonable in cost. a little hard making initial connection....but flowed well afterwards
