Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. I explained that I wanted the quarterly service for pests. I was put on a plan that was $800 more a year. When I called to explain I then received a text and email that my plan was canceled. And when I called to schedule removal of traps and bait they installed they then informed me that I can't cancel my plans and I'd have to pay the whole amount. Though they were the ones that sent the cancelation. Then the told me even if they remove the product they will still charge me. They service manager even scoffed and laughed when I told her I would present the email saying they canceled my plan when they try to charge me monthly. Crooks stay away from this place. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on google.

We have not seen any ants, box elders, etc. We are now pest/insect free.

Brian is fantastic. He is cordial, friendly, honest, and reliable. Brian also leaves things as they were, doesn't make a mess, and moves around things in the way when spraying. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in our home or business.

Well, I called because this business was on Angie's list. Nice enough to come from Rockord and he showed up on a Saturday because of my busy schedule. It was a very good experience but I thought it was a little pricey; after the online coupon (which he honored without a problem) it was still $95.00 for a basic service.

They give very clear estimates. The work went really well and we got rid of the bugs. I felt their price was decent. I saw them when they said they would come and they did what they said they would do.

Excellent. I appreciate that he came all the way to Belvidere from Rockford, charged a reasonable sum for his service, and didn't ask for a contract! A week later, and I'm not seeing any bugs in my house!

We are now using Blackhawk Pest control for regularly scheduled service on our properties. Brian calls a day or 2 ahead to confirm his appointments and arrives within 10 / 15 minutes depending on his rounds and services with the other customers needs.
