Exterior Painting
He has done six or eight jobs this summer for me. I will use him again in the future.

I would never recommend him to anyone. I just hope that no one else has the experience that I have had.

Exterior Painting
I had quotes from other painters and this company was comparable with other estimates that I had received. He was on the top of the list and he had an A rating and that?s why I decided to go with him. He had two other men working with him. I wanted to use a specific paint and in the beginning of this project, he said it would be no problem to use that paint. When the time came, however, there was a problem with using that paint and he ended up using another brand of paint instead. Before we signed the contract, he informed me that he would be there most of the time to do the work, however, that was not the case. He only stayed here for a couple of hours; he left the other two to do most of the work. He told me that he had more work to do so that's why he wasn't able to stick around and do what he said he would do. Before they started to stain the house, he did do a good job powerwashing the exterior. They painted the first coat and did a little of the second coat, but didn't finish it completely. While he was applying the first coat, it seemed as though he was going too fast and it was a bit sloppy. I informed him of this and he told me he'd apply a second coat so it didn't matter. It just seemed like he was trying to save money because the stain was spread so thinly. He didn't paint the shutters or the front door. There's a section that needs powerwashed that contains two windows, which are located underneath the porch. His contract states all windows have to be painted, but those windows underneath the porch were never washed. I asked him about this and he let me know he'd get to it, but never did He wouldn't agree with me in what I thought was in the contract. However, one of his workers (Eddie) was very conscientious, friendly, and accomdating. I have tried contacting this painter and have left him voicemails (at least 15 of them so far) but he has yet to return my call. He almost got the full payment for his labor along with the supplies, but he never finished the job. I was very disappointed he didn't follow the contract the way it was written and he charged me more than the contract asked for.

Exterior Painting
Fantastic. Five contractors bid on work. Prices ranged from 2000-8800 dollars. Mike was the only one who would hand-paint and he was also the only one to inform me my home had colored stain on the cedar siding and not paint!
