Asha The District at Cherryvale Mall

Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. Color was horrible - turned out too dark so she tried to correct and it came out mousy brown. Was to be light blond with low lights. . Cut was choppy and uneven with no distinct style. When I spoke to the manager on duty, she said there was sorry I wasn't happy but there was nothing they could do - please pay your $125.00. Terrible workmanship and poor customer service.

The environment is amazing! Loved all of it, but the facial was by far the BEST! Actually, I don't think it should be called a and quot;facialand quot;. Head to toe treatment that nearly spoiled my massage later by comparison;)

My hairstylist has been Ashley. I recommend her because listens to what her customers want and gives good cut.

I believe everything went well on there part. I should have been clearer in what I like. I was hoping for a little advice as to with my face and hair texture what would be the best for me.

It went fine - I loved my highlights and haircut. Cassandra is my stylist - she always does a great job, and Maureen did my color this time. She is very experienced and did a wonderful job. The salon is very clean and modern, the staff is friendly, attentive and professional. No complaints, only compliments!

It's a full service salon and I get my monthly facials from them. The esthetician's name is Staci and she's wonderful. I've had a lot of facials in my life and she's absolutely the best. It's her touch that makes her special. Some estheticians don't massage your face enough, some are just too light, and some are too heavy, but her touch is just perfect. They use different kinds of products, whether you are taking care of aging spots, fine line, or acne. You can purchase products there too.

Asha The District at Cherryvale Mall do all right. They seem pretty organized. They have a shower where you can shower afterwards. They pretty much have two therapists working at all times. I can call up today and possibly get in tomorrow. The wait time for an appointment is not very long.

My stylist was Drea, and she was fabulous! If you have ever watched a program featuring Tabitha you will know what a stylist consultation should be.......Drea would get a job with Tabitha. Drea has a natural talent.
Consistently through the styling Drea spoke with me about my hair, how it lays, how much time do I take, etc
During this time I was offered beverages and had a complimentary hand massage--never had one before, but I know I will request one the next appointment--it was wonderful.
Now my hair looks thicker and full of body just because of the cut and the styling tips. Drea used the shops products on my hair; suggested but never pushed for purchase.
I have recommended Asha to several more people.

They have wonderful massage therapists and it is very relaxing. They have a very good reputation. I would definitely use them in the future.
