Because of the pride and dedication we take in our work , we offer a 5 year warranty on most jobs and even warranty our repairs, this warranty varies. Not only does this support our philosophy, it helps maintain, a standard of craftsmanship, and a guarantee, that your project, will be of the best quality from start to finish. I have trained my son, Tom, for the past 16 years, everything that i know about this business. As I expected, he has learned and knows every aspect of the business. Like myself, he is a very hard worker, polite and respectful of all customers. For the last 3 years Jason and 1 year for Austin, have come aboard and a member of our company, and is proving to also, be a dedicated and valuable partner. My son and both Jason and Austin, are dedicated to providing quality craftsmanship, to the customer, and uphold the reputation that Area Roofing & Renovations LLC has been known for all these years. "(member name removed) I contacted you about your roof and told you we did not have the time or man power to get to your repair, reason being we had a lot of work and being under contract with the home owners it was impossible to pull people off the job. These home owners wanted there roof done before winter hit. I did tell you to call another contractor which had more employees to help , so why do you say I'm in it for the bid money and don't care about your job . We try to get to all that call but there are times its impossible and with our work load. We have one crew and DONT SUB any of our roofs out. Sorry you feel this way. I think this site is for people that had work done and not for the ones we couldn't get to. There are a lot of jobs we don't take plus cant get to, you don't see these people complain. You will NOT find a roofing contractor in MY opinion, with more integrity, honesty, pride in workmanship and just telling you like it is (like it or not) with NO BS! Talk about a stand up guy...I can not even tell you how impressed I was from the first call, to meeting him and really seeing how passionate he is about taking care of the customer and doing the job right. He was prompt and on TIME when he said he would be there, greets you with handshake and his business card. Very personable individual, went above and beyond trying to take care of me in my situation. I can't even tell you how many others I had contacted that never showed
up on time or for that matter even showed up. And their pricing for what they were offering was outrageous and was no where near the quality of what or how Tom was offering me. Do yourself a favor and a lot of time...make one call to Tom and give him your business...you will NOT be sorry! I have been doing this close to 40 years , and yes sometimes I try to educate the homeowners in a short period of time, but I always have literature to back myself up. "Area Roofing And Renovations LLC would like to thank the [member name removed] for taking the time to comment on the job we did on there house. This job is not your average job, this house was built roughly 1920 give or take so there is a lot of concern of doing things the way it was back then. We take pride in our work and some areas of the job have detail that takes time to replicate as far as the rafter detail and getting the pitch over the front porch which was screwed up from the beginning or by previous contractor. We had to jack up the front porch so the masons could come in and re -level the brick rail so we could add new metal pillars, which by the way turned out perfect, which in return made the roof edge level out and the customer very pleased. The [member name removed] spent time and did research in areas of the project which most home owners don't. Take the time to ask questions and listen to what the contractor has to offer.
