We would highly recommend Angie Wait-Weber for any real
estate work you need to have done. She was recommended to us, and with good
reason: She is a true professional. She took time from her busy schedule to
assist me with a hostile neighbor problem. I told her upfront that I was not
interested in buying or selling real estate at this time. I described our
problem with a hostile neighbor who claimed a 30-foot wide swath of our
property. She looked up the archived MLS for the neighbor?s property and
determined that the dimensions of their lot were listed on the sheet. She said,
?Let me do the math,? and determined that the neighbor?s lot was 0.49 acres,
not the 1.0 acre that the neighbor claimed. She also researched the neighbor?s
property on the Boone County Assessor?s website, and confirmed that the legal
definition of the property matched the information on the archived MLS. Her
research and assistance gave us the information and courage we needed to have
our property resurveyed to reestablish and mark our property line with the
hostile neighbor.
