It went really well Paul Lepien help me he was very polite was not pushy was very helpful. I would tell everyone to see him if they are looking for a new or used car.

They corrected it very quickly within an hour. It was under the warranty. The service department is probably the best I've ever been to. They're timely. You can get in, get your repairs done and get out there.

I have used this dealership for service and maintenance and repair for almost 20 years. I have never had a bad experience either with the work done or with the people that have customer contact. Prices are fair and work completed within the time promised.

My experiences with Anderson's Rock River Ford have been okay. It's not great. They're professional but they keep trying to upsell me on things. They need constant feedback on how good their employees are. The employees pressure you to give them a good evaluation.
