AMS REMODELING INC.

We rate Petr Samsonek of AMS Remodeling Inc., 5 stars and beyond!  Petr was hired initially to paint the outside of the house and shed and some painting inside.  As we were getting the house ready to sell, things just "snowballed", with us asking Petr to do more and more.  Not only was he agreeable to everything we asked, but his work is absolutely EXCELLENT.  No job was too small.  He even took down light fixtures so I could clean them.
Petr would arrive each day right at 8 am as he said he would.  What a work ethic!  He and his helpers would work 8 am to 4 pm with only a very short lunch break.  Petr would discuss the schedule for the work to be done each day and accomplished exactly what he said he would.  ALL of the work was completed in a record 22 days.
Did I mention the work done is EXCELLENT!  Not only are we extremely satisfied with his work, but every one who has seen our house comments on the quality of the workmanship.  PRICING was also EXCELLENT.  Certainly better than other quotes from this area.
Personally, Petr is a very professional, very nice guy to work with.  He was genuinely interested in getting the job, providing references and pictures of previous jobs he had done.  He is more than willing to accomodate the client in any way he can.  He is also willing to drive a long distance to the job; in our case from Rockford to Saint Charles.
If you are looking for quality work for a really fair price, then AMS Remodeling Inc. is for you.  The only job we did not ask him to do was roofing--only because we had hired someone else before meeting Petr.  Petr can do it all!
