Amazing Carpet Cleaning

You promised me that you would be able to remove the pet urine smell from my carpet and you were unable to do so. I asked you to come back a second time and re-steam the area again but you refused to do so, instead simply re-deoderizing the area, which is not what I wanted. When I asked for my money back, three weeks ago, your secretary Cindy said it was in the mail, and I have yet to see it. I have filed a complaint with the Rockford Better Business Bureau. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. You tout all over your website and social media pages that you offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction, but you don't honor that. My carpet still smells, the cat urine was not removed, I am unhappy with the job you did, and you will not honor your money back guarantee. Despicable. More over you lied and told me "the check is in the mail" when clearly it's not!!

We are extremely pleased with the results and the entire experience with this company. The serviceman was prompt and courteous and spent 3-1/2 hours in our home. This company was the lowest bid of the three we had quoted. All were rated "A" on Angie's List. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, and this was the only company that does not use hot water extraction. We decided to try them anyway because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed one bit and we saved well over one hundred dollars. The carpet was dry in just a couple of hours.

I have use this company several times in the past. They always do a great JOb. The last tech that came out to our home was very nice. I own a housecleaning company and always refer my customers to use Amazing. Why... because they are amazing. They are always on time, you know what you are payin before they come out, and the techs they have come out are ver professional and do a great job.

We have them come out regularly and I am very happy with them. They are fast, quick, and affordable. They do a good job.

They were very responsive and fit me in that day. We had stained upholstery, and they cleaned it very nicely. I was impressed they could accomodate us. The price was very reasonable.

The carpets are always dry within 2 hours. It's amazing how clean they can get them; the stains just disappear! They were able to save carpet I thought we would have to throw away.

He was about 15 minutes late, but he did call beforehand to let me know he would be. But other then that they did a great job, my carpets were clean and totally dry in about 3 hours, not 3 days! I was not expecting this level of service for the price i paid. Im telling all my friends to never have their carpets steam cleaned again!
