Pedro was very prompt and thorough in snow removal. I used to do my own snow shoveling, and he does a better job than I did. When I was using a walker after knee surgery, I needed good snow removal to be able to make my physical therapy sessions safely in January. Pedro responded, often in the middle of the day when accumulating snow or ice was making my sidewalk dangerous. I never fell down, even though I was making 3 trips a week to therapy.
Usually, Pedro arrived around 5 am, shoveling snow that arrived during the night. By the time I go to work, the driveway is clear.
He bills me monthly, reducing the number of checks I have to write for frequent service.
