carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe talked to John at A-Keller. He originally said $95.00 then changed to $85.00 when questioned. We called back and he copped an attitude that was totally unprofessional. He finally said he was charging us extra because we lived in Davis Junction. However, the ad was in Ogle County New Values and the ad states: "Now serving Winnebago, Boone & Ogle Counties". Don't trust A-Keller, they don't honor their own ads.
Description of Work: A Keller's Ad in Ogle County New Values magazine stated "3 rooms $64.95, Each room up to 300 sq ft". A-Keller reneged on ad and wanted to charge us $85.00. We have 3 rooms with the largest being 272 sq ft. We wanted a hallway as well which he quoted at $15.00. The total should have been $79.95 but he wouldn't honor that price.

carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreCarpets are clean but it took too long to dry- I didn't expect to have soap and water problems with steam cleaning.Other than that it was fine.
Description of Work: Carpet steam cleaning- carpets are clean, but it took 36 hours for them to dry. I was told it would take 6. When I called to ask about this, I didn't talk to the same person who did the work- not really sure who owns the company. He didn't have any answer as to why it was taking so long to dry, but offerred to have someone (?) come back and vacuum it after 36 hours. I also noticed water and soap drained in my driveway when they left.
