It always goes well with Hohlfelder. They are honest and straight forward with their approach. I used them as a second opinion, the first opinion recommended installing a new unit. Hohlfelder replaced parts and performed tune up, existing unit will now last years. They explained in detail exactly why and what was fixed, no corporate or franchise BS. Saved us thousands of dollars in reference to the first opinion. Highly recommend.
