LUTZ ROOFING & GUTTERS

Alex R is the owner, English is not his first language, but he tries very hard to make sure everything is clear. The quality was good and we are happy with our roof and gutters. No more leaks in the basement. He made some great suggestions on shingles, underlayment and gutters. New gutter were not necessary, but he suggested that new 6" gutter would redirect the water and solve the water leak in the basement after heavy rain, so far it has. The only issue was with the delivery from the contractor supply company, Their large truck drove over several plant down the driveway and the boom that unloads the truck broke tree branches, even after I had tree work done to lift the canopy to 25'. Alex was not responsible, but did put me in touch with the supply company. Still wait to have that resolved. Otherwise, I am very happy. I will have to wait til next spring to see if the water problem in the basement is completely solved.
