"This is absolutely not true! Helitech did the work we were paid for. On top of that, Helitech's estimator, Mark Keleher, went above and beyond for this customer. Unbeknownst to Helitech, he paid $851.00 out of his own pocket, for the poly jacking Helitech was going to perform. This was and is clearly documented, we still have receipts of payment from Mr. Keleher from his Credit Card company. When the poly work had to be cancelled due to the condition at the site, the deposit on the work - $851.00 went back to the person who paid the bill - Helitech's Mark Keleher. Now this customer is trying to get this $851.00!!!! All of this is well documented, Helitech and Mark Keleher, have the invoices and receipts showing the payment history. It is outrageous that this customer's son is asking for money that was paid by a concerned individual trying to help his mother. His additional claims that we have ignored his mother's calls are also simply not true. Helitech has spoken to this customer numerous times on the phone and have sent multiple letters explaining the situation. Helitech has always and will always honor what is in our contact and have demonstrated this on numerous occasions. We're not perfect, but we owe nothing to this customer."
