They were here when they said they were going to be. I just don't have any complaints. It took them overall in two days. They got the most of the work done the first day and they came back and finished the second day. There were two gentlemen who did the work.  They did a fine job.  They cleaned everything up and it really looked good.

Took r weeks longer than promised.

The tech showed up on time, was very courteous, friendly and professional. The job was done on time and I am very happy with my new system. The new AC is very quiet which I like. Haven't turned on the heat yet but am confident it will be quiet as well.

It's been a little under a year since this work was done and I'm very happy with it.
Staff member came promptly and gave me an estimate.  Compared to other estimates I considered it was competitive for what i was getting quality/efficiency-wise.  They made sure to explain the various rebates and savings I qualified for and worked to make sure I got them.
They came on two separate days - one to do the A/C and one to do the furnace.  Two different staff did the work and both were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  They did their work, cleaned up, and took the time to explain everything and show that it all worked.
Like I said, nearly one year out (and post our first winter) everything has run exactly like they said it would.
It might have been slightly more expensive (hundred dollars here or there) than another company but I feel like I got that back in quality and piece of mind.

 

The technician called 10 minutes before arriving .She was very polite and finished the job within 20 minutes. Furnace works great!

It was a reasonable price. They were very good. They called ahead when they were coming and he came right when he was scheduled. He was polite. He took care of everything very efficiently.

a/c worked all summer long!!

They get an A+ rating from me. If I ever have plumbing problems, they will be the company I contact. I was quoted between $265-$285, but it ended up being only $107 He could have installed a new faucet and I would not know the difference, but he did not do that. He just repaired the one that I had. He was very professional and prompt.

Crawford was the most professional and responsive I contacted out of a fairly extensive list of contractors to do the replacement. They were very efficient at coming out to give the estimate. The estimate was very competitive for a reliable brand (Bryant). Did not try to upsell any product. He sold the company itself, and based on Angies List reviews I felt comfortable going with them.
The install was complete in less than a full work day. Very clean - nothing left out of place or tracked in the house. Very professional job. The new unit works great so far! I filled out and they submitted on my behalf the rebate claim form to provide the necessary product details.
Based on this experience, they are my contractor of choice for AC and furnace annual service and any repair work going forward.

Excellent. Have used them before.

The AC would not cool constantly. It worked okay until the tempature got above90 degrees, then it didn't seem to keep up and stoped running at times. We called Crawford and they sent a teck right over. He found the problem was with a sensor that shuts the compressor of when it gets to hot. The sensor was shuting the unit off when it shouldn't have. The teck replaced the part and everything is now working properly.

Tom is always good on checking air conditioner etc.

Crawford handled the service request with speed. As a consumer dealing with 100 degree heat is not fun and if the home AC stops working the situation becomes very aggravating. However, our expectations were exceeded. Our home held the temp below 80 from midnight to the following morning at 7 but we knew tthat another day of 105 degrees and an increasigly hot house was probably what we would face. To have the need met within just two hours of the call was huge. Highly recommend Crawford's service ablity for both AC and furnace.

Tom called to let us know when he arrived. he showed us what the problem was, how to care for it, and answered our questions.
