BUDGET DRAIN & SEWER CLEANING

Ty is great to work with. Always able to work us in when needed. Reasonable and a job well done always.

This comprehensive only tried to unclog, but was told beforehand that it wasn't sure to a clog. A new toilet was put in, by another company, one week later due to a crack in the tank. This should have been found!

Fantastic! After a horrific experience from another plumbing company, Ty from Budget was sent out (he contracts with the carrier of my lateral sewer insurance group) to verify the issue and find where the "collapsed pipe" was for digging. After some tough work, he instead was able to clear down to the true problem, a root blockage at our joint on the other side of the street. Instead of being terrified to flush the toilet, we are now able to take a shower and run plenty of laundry while arrangements are made to fix the actual problem. I was very pleased by his calm, knowledgeable and factual manner. I have been telling my friends and family that this is the plumbing company to use, and I would highly recommend that you do the same.

We had a very difficult clog with sewage coming up through the basement drain. We were worked into the morning line up. After more than 2 hours, the drain was unclogged, and the basement was cleaned/deodorized. I was sure the bill would be several hundred.... and was very surprised to be charged only $150. Money well spent! I highly recommend!

Ty is the owner of Budget Drain. I was referred by another plumber to us for clogged drains. I did a check on Angies List and found that Ty was listed as one of the best. He took care of the problem in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely use this service again in the future. 

Ty was able to take care of my problem the same morning I called him. I couldn't do any laundry until the pipe was cleared. He arrived on time and was finished in about 15 minutes. He is personable and pleasant to deal with. I had another service here in April to do the same thing and when I called to see if they warranted their work, I was told it had been too long since they were here. It was 4 months! Won't be calling THAT service again . . . will be calling Budget Drain tho! Highly recommend them.

He did a good job, and we will definitely use him again.

Everybody else is charging $300 plus but he was charging $100. He came pretty quickly and he was good. He got it done and he was out.

.We had to have him come back out the next day and open the drain again and that's when we found out that the line had separated. There was no charge for the return visit.

On time and great Clean up

We noticed that when we did the wash or took a shower everything was going all over our basement floor. Called Ty on Sunday and he was here on Monday and did it in a flash. Was very personable and friendly and the price was great, had to replace the cap as well.

It was pretty standard drain cleaning.

They were very good. They are also very honest.
