They did NOT complet work did Not honor contract, took off with the money

The experience went well. but I am wondering why it is taking this long to hear back from them.

The whole process began in the spring. To today's date, Dec. 17...the job still is not complete! They mixed up the order. They had to reorder. They don't show up when they say they are coming. They installed the wrong doors and then argued about what we had ordered. We are still waiting on one window, some trim, and door locks we ordered.
I would NEVER use them!
Don't even think about it!
Run far, far away!
Go to someone else.

My wife and I decided to get insulation blowin into the walls of our home and chose Big River becuase they were on the "approved" list of the energy company who was offering rebates on energy efficient improvements. At first the company was very personable and friendly. Unfotunately they became very unprofessional.

1 - They did not do what they described to me over the phone. Specifically using different materials than they said they would.

2 - They showed up 3 seperate times unnannounced. The first was to start the job after the first day got rained out. The second was to collect payment, and the third unnanounced arrival was to have me sign paperwork that he forgot when he came to collect payment.
