Flooring
Michael Murphy presents as a fly-by-night operator as he has high-pressure sales technique and he is unable to be reached by the number I try calling. He has not contacted me for follow up. He is not physically at the address listed. I have no way to contact him. I finally went with Lumber Liquidators. Will attempt to collect damages via small claims with the small amount of information I have on this man.

As stated above. He started, asked for money. Quit when he had to show progress to get more money. Then stopped answering the phone. kept the money. Very good impression when you talk to him. You won't believe he'd ever do this to you. he lowers the bill when he supposedly gets a supply rebate, etc.
