Description of Work: They installed a new roof on my house which as to take them 2-3 days to complete. Once they tore the old shingles off it took them almost 2 weeks to start back up with installing the new shingles. The entire process took them over a month, then a few days after they finished shingles started falling off. I contacted the owner Mike Reyes directly and he was unwilling to repair the faulty work (they were only using 2-3 mails per single), he even told me if I wanted to have had it done correctly then I should've hired someone else. Long story short I had to have the roof redone correctly by another contractor and sued superior exteriors but was never able to get my money back since he's very clever how he runs his company, only keeps a couple hundred dollars in the company bank account at any time and everything else like the trucks and told etc are kept in his wife's name so it's impossible to put a lean against him. Would only recommend that you run away from superior exteriors unless you want to get burned.

Description of Work: Purchased new windows from this company. Windows were installed in a good time & professionally. Windows had lifetime guarantee. In 2011 a piece broke on one of the windows. Waited months for repair. I finally called the window manufacturer myself & they shipped piece to me in a few days. This was the piece owner of Superior Exteriors kept telling me he was unable to get. Would not do budiness with again because followup is terrible.
