PYRON TREE SVC

After hunting in the Yellow Pages for a stump grinding service that had a grinder narrow enough to make it through my fence opening I called Mark Pyron, who told me he could dig them out, rather than use his big stump grinder, so I asked him to come over. Pyron showed up in a beat up old Chevy pickup and had an employee with him. After looking at the remains of several Lilac bushes and a grape vine that I had cut down, we agreed on a price of $300 to dig around them and cut off the roots with a chainsaw and carry away the mess. He came to my front door about 2 hours later, saying that he was done and after a cursory but distant inspection i paid him IN cash.......................only to discover 2 days later when another guy I hired to pull a bunch of weed for me, told me that all of the stumps weren't removed!!!! I called Pyron up and told him of the discrepancy and he said that he would be over the following day to see what I was talking about. Well, as you probably already know, that never happened. Pyron never called me again, and I was left to hire my yard guy to dig them out for me. It's absolutely AMAZING to me that people like this ignore the fact that we now have the Internet and Angie's List to report unprofessional services as Pyron Stump Removal. IF YOU NEED SOME STUMPS REMOVED FROM YOUR YARD CALL SOMEONE ELSE, OR GO RENT A STUMP GRINDER FROM GRUMMERT'S HARDWARE STORE AND DO IT YOURSELF!!!! PS: I don't list my real name ad address on the Internet to avoid scammers and spammers, but I live on 13th ave in Sterling and I DID hire Pyron to get rid of my stumps. PM
