We never had any problems until last year when the IRS asked for more info on our 2010 tax return. After we sent them more info, they asked us to file an amended return. Jerry said he did it, but he didn't. The IRS have since taken our 2014 refund and we had to hire a new accountant to file our new paperwork and stop the collection process. We were trusting Jerry to do what he said he did, what he was paid for, and we're now paying the price.

IRS needed additional information on our 2010 return and he took copies of everything and sent it out for no charge. He filed our 2012 state and federal itemized returns.
