I've used NEW HOPE VETERINARY CLINIC for over 7 years for a dog and 2 cats.
I wouldn't go anywhere else to take care of my family of pets.
I highly recommend them.

They do not rush you. They seem very knowledgeable. You can tell they like animals. They answer your questions and take time to talk to you. They are very professional.

When an overnight crisis made us realize we couldn't wait any longer, we called New Hope at 6am. The vet on call said she would let Dr. Bob Ebbesmeyer, the vet that had usually seen our cat, know and they would call to arrange a time. She told me what to expect during the process of putting him to sleep. Dr. Bob called back and said that he would come to our house after his afternoon appointments at the Rock City branch, since my husband wanted to take off work early to be there, too. When he arrived, he looked at our cat and assured us that it was time. He petted him for a while and talked with us about what a different cat he seemed at home from the frantic, wild cat he always was at the office. We were so happy that the vet was willing to come to our house so his last minutes wouldn't be frightened and stressed. Dr. Bob again explained the process to us, then we all sat on the floor while he gave him a shot of sedative to make him sleep before he gave him the shot to stop his heart. While we waited for our cat's heart to stop, we all stroked him and reminisced about his life, and Dr. Bob told us some stories about his cats over the years. The vet sat with us for almost an hour while we waited. If it had to be done, we couldn't have asked for a more sympathetic person to do it. He not only seemed to genuinely like our cat, he was also very respectful of our feelings that day. During the time we were customers of New Hope Veterinary Clinic, every person we had contact with at both the Rock City and the German Valley locations was helpful, kind, and efficient. We feel we owe those extra 3 years we got to spend with our cat entirely to their excellent care.
