Note only did Wyatt A. Install the door molding, he rebuilt my sunporch, replaced the sill plate, and replaced the windows and siding. Wyatt did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wyatt Anderson was referred by Angi to come and instal tiles in my living room and kitchen areas, He called and we had a meeting where he did measurements, gave me a quotation and we agreed on $3200 for the tiling, two toilet bowl installation and a vanity installation. Wyatt started the job on the 7th of October 2025, I helped him to remove the previous flooring so as to speed up the work that he said would take him 2-2.5 days. On the first day he started in the kitchen area and grouted it the next day. upon grouting I noticed some tiles were not leveled out. when I enquired why that was not the case he said that the floor was not level at that point and he could not do anything about it. He said he would try and correct it at the end of the job. In the subsequent days he worked the quality of his work continued to deteriorate, with instances where the tiles were irregularly cut, the spaces between the tiles uneven, and the whole floor becoming uneven with almost each tile, I commented about it several times and his response would be once I put the grout it will be better. or it's already dry I can't remove it. On Wednesday the 15th October 2025 my brother came by and noticed the issues and asked him Wyatt about it, he told him we need to get a good job that would pass inspection and since we were paying for a professional job we needed him to correct the situation. Wyatt agreed with my brother and I and agreed that the spacing were wrong and the cuts were irregular as well as poor symmetry. He left at the end of the day with a promise to call the next morning to finish the job. The next morning i got a disturbing message quoted "Hey Catherine, I won t be able to come continue work today. Unfortunately I have decided to not continue working with you. I did not appreciate your brother threatening my work when I have been in the tile business for 7 years and am currently booked out 1 month in advance with other clients. I know there is $400 worth of work to still be done, but you still owe me the final $400 balance so I think it is a good stopping point. I m sure that you will be able to find someone else." I tried to message him back and my messages and phone calls were bouncing back. Since then I have had 2 independent contractors one from Angi 'Askmichael' come in and assess and try to give me a way forward and both have had the same sentiments with comments ranging from " This is very bad quality work" why are the spaces not even" "was he using a machine to cut since the cuts are so irregular" why did he not remove the baseboard to make sure the tile fit right?" "the tiles are wobbly" "you will have to remove all this tiles and get new ones". I am disappointed that Wyatt did a poor quality job and he later abandoned it for asking for better quality

Wyatt was very responsive, polite, professional, and did a great job installing my mailbox.
