ROC was recommended to me by a friend & they did a complete tear-off & re-shingle of my home.  The previous shingles were defective but under warranty so ROC helped get me a sample to send to the manufacturer and also photographs as documentation prior to the tear-off & re-shingle.  The tear off and shingling was done promptly & professionally and all of the employees were extremely nice & professional (they are extremely hard workers & get the job done efficiently & are very conscientious).  ROC provides photographs/videos of any areas that need to be replaced (i.e. bad ox-board, face boards, boots, etc...) as well as the completed work (getting on the roof to inspect it personally isn't ideal for most homeowners).  His pricing was competitive & there weren't any unexpected expenses.  Cleanup was done at the end of each day & I would DEFINITELY use ROC again (I am getting another quote from him for another project).

Rich Owens Construction had replaced all of our 2nd floor and attic windows a few years ago and we were extremely pleased with the work. In fact, they did such a good job of cleaning up that there were places in the attic that were cleaner after they were done! This time was no exception. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. And they even disposed of the old windows for us. We have referred them to friends and we will continue to do so.
