Furniture - Sales
TABLE WAS DELIVERED AND WITHIN A WEEK, IT DEVELOPED A CRACK. I CALLED THE STORE, AND THEY SENT SOMEBODY OUT TO LOOK AT IT. I WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. THE STORE CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND SAID I COULD PICK A DIFFERENT TABLE, AND THE OLD ONE WOULD BE PICKED UP ON 5/20. THE STORE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT A SECOND DELIVERY CHARGE WOULD APPLY TO DELIVERY OF THE NEW TABLE AND THAT I COULD ASK THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR A REFUND OF THE DELIVERY CHARGE. THE STORE SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE AND WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO OFFER STORE CREDIT.
