I called Riverside Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, whom I have used for years, and someone was out within an hour. He was professional, very knowledgeable, explained our options, and handled the problem. He funneled the leaking water to our floor drain, as well as turn off the unit. He called us the next day with our options to purchase a replacement, we ordered and it was delivered and installed that day. Very thankful we have Riverside Plmbg Htg & AC to call upon for routine maintenance and for emergency service. Highly recommend this family run company.

The modified overhead sewer was installed as a part of the village of Brookfield's flood mitigation program in mid-April. Riverside Plumbing did a great job interfacing with the village. I've used Riverside Plumbing for years and they did their usual thorough, painstaking, excellent job. They were helpful in explaining what would be done because I don't know much about plumbing. The work was completed over three days, right on schedule. Their work was neat and meticulous. They continually clean up the work area each day. The finished job looks great. But the best was when the torrential rains came on Monday, June 15, 2015, my basement was bone dry. Normally, in a heavy rain, my basement would take on water via the sewer line and from the cracks in the cement floor. But not any longer. The peace of mind is great. I would recommend Riverside Plumbing to anyone who needs flood protection in their basement, or any plumbing work. They know what they are doing. They are not the least expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for, and their quality is exceptional. They stand behind their work 100%.

This is a brick and motor company located in Riverside. Not someone working out of a residence. They are a well established company, in business for many years. We know they charge a higher rate than others, but we believe it is worth the extra cost. Highly professional. They leave the job site clean. They know what they are doing, no guess work. We are repeat customers.

They asked if it we'd be able to wait until morning, since they couldn't guarantee they'd have the right parts in stock.  I asked that they come out none the less since it was so cold.  The worker arrived right away, and was able to get the furnace going quickly.  A follow up appointment was scheduled during normal business hours to finish up the work.  The final price included the emergency visit, new gas valve assembly and ignitor, furnace filter, and humidifier pad.

You will almost certainly find lower quotes for just about any heating/air conditioning/plumbing project or problem, but these guys, in my experience, do a quality job the first time with never a need for a call back.

It was very difficult to get tto the pipe because it is in a built-in cabinet. They did a good job.

We called Riverside Plumbing Company to stop a few leaking pipes we had in our house, one was very bad.  The plumber came on time and performed the jobs on all the  pipes that had a leaking problem.  We have used this company in the past many times and have always been satisfied with the work.

Professional, licensed plumber did good work. This company charges driving time and is expensive.

Technican arrived and spoke to my wife.  After spending 20 minutes looking at my thermostat, he informed my wife that our thermostat was too complicated and we should have a simpler thermostat.  That was the extent of the work performed.  In the end, we got a bill for $100 for that piece of helpful advice.  My wife felt insulted.  Three months later, we got a bill for the service call.  Now I feel like I got ripped off.  Will never use them again.

They are excellent. They aren't the cheapest people you can find, but they truly are excellent. They stand behind their work and they service their product usually without additional charges once they install something if we had a problem with something that didn't work right a year later. They came back and made modifications. They provide excellent service and excellent emergency care. They are just excellent throughout. They are easy to deal with. We are sure there are cheaper plumbers around but they did the work right, professionally and in a timely manner. They deal locally. Their customers know them and they know their customers. We will definitely use them again.

RP has been doing work at my house for years. They accommodated me within 2 days even though this was non-emergency work during the AC season.

Everything went very well. They explained the different types of back-up sump pumps available, and helped me choose what would work best for my situation. I chose a Storm-Pro Deluxe, which includes two pumps that alternate as well as a marine battery that is continually trickle-charged through an alternator (no maintenance). Likewise, they assisted in choosing a thermostat, and I went with a digital-programmable Honeywell TH6000. The job took their technician Matt 4.25hrs to complete. The cost of the pump/battery was $2079, the miscellanous supplies/thermostat totalled $301.75, and the labor was $531.25 ($125/hr). Matt was timely, helpful, and polite. He made sure I understood how to use everything before he left. Everything has been running smoothly.

I would absolutely use them in the future.

I spent about $1200 for the work. I was real happy with the work, but the hourly rate was really high, so I haven’t used them again. I did not know where the problem was coming from, so they sent 2 guys over for a couple of hours to analyze where the sewer gas was escaping from. They ran some cameras down the vent pipes from the ceiling and dropped some peppermint. They were able to identify the worst offender and give me an estimate to fix that and two days later they did the work.

They were great to deal with. I've had a problem with the temperature control in our shower not working properly for quite a while. Drew from Riverside Plumbing was the only plumber that took the time to figure the problem out(I've had some other plumbers look at it in the past and they all told me I had to replace the shower control). He was able to get warranty parts for free and only charge me for his time. They are a little pricey but I guess for you get what you pay for.

They did a very good job and we are having them come out to check our dishwasher and give us an estimate for a bathroom remodel.
