I went 100% better than I could have imagined. The work was superb and finished ahead of time. I am able to enjoy my back yard again

Great. They were early and ready to work. Super fast service and everything looks great. Tough stain on white couch, but they were up front on the first phone call that they might not be able to get it out. Well, they did a great job. You can barely see it and they left me with a solution to keep spraying on it to lighten it even more. Honest, hard working and great price. I would recommend them to anyone

They were great. I would recommend them to friends. I thought they were very experienced and knowledgeable. They were friendly. It seemed like it was a small family owned business. The individual provider that came seemed like he has been doing it for many years, kind of no-nonsense, friendly and seemed like he wasn't overcharging us. He came, did his work and did it well. Our carpets are old, but I think he did his best; it still kind of look a little dirty, but it might just be that the carpet is really old.

They did excellent. The workmanship was very excellent. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time, which I was pleased with.

Everything went fine. I would use them again.

I believe I spoke with Rich who was able to set up a Saturday for the estimate. Walter came out - was very nice and very professional. They have been in business since 1961. He had a large amount of samples to choose from and I found a good match for my kitchen. He took the chairs with him and said it would take two weeks. That is exactly what it took. Rich called and we made arrangements for delivery. The chairs look fantastic. The cost was reasonable and the quality of workmanship is excellent. If anyone is looking for nice people to deal with and Old World craftsmanship Galaxy Upholstery is the place to call.

I really liked them.

When the representative gave me an estimate of the work needed, I felt confident work would be completed with pride. I could see he was proud of his previous work, but he apparently did not work on my furniture. One chair had to be returned because of sloppy work and things which were to 'settle' after time never evened out. I felt the 'rebuilding' work should have lasted longer than a few months and when I expressed my disappointment I was basically told the loosening just happens. When I had rebuilding done 29 years ago it lasted many years before loosening up.
