Everything I would expect and more. They cleaned the gutters on our house and also did the gutters on our garage. The company that we used to use charged $50 more and never did the gutters on the garage. They also did the downspouts for no additional cost. Excellent job all around!

The installation went well and they did not leave until we were happy to sign off on each window. I didn't immediately put this review on Angie's list until I had the winter to see how the windows worked. We were very happy. I have no shades on my patio door or bay window and there was no cold space next to the glass even on the coldest day. Last year I kept the shades closed all winter to keep it warmer. Our electric usage was less this past winter. We haven't needed to use their warranty so I cannot speak to that. On the day we first talked to Powers they came to our door and offered to give us a quote. We were a little worried about a possibility of a scam, but my husband decided to see what they would quote. He kept the salesman very busy with question after question and the salesman answered all of them and had several convincing demonstrations. We were a little pressured to get a better deal if we signed right away, but in the end we did sign because we believed that the product was better than other windows we had considered. If we hadn't been considering windows at this time, we probably would not have signed immediately. However a year later, the installation and windows went exactly as described. We are completely satisfied at this point with the products and would recommend them to others. We would suggest that you certainly consider Powers in your list of companies to provide this work. See what you think. They won't be the cheapest but they aren't the most either. The only sad part is that I had a beautiful bay window with the inside wood trim but it was up to me to get the wood stained. Maybe they can add that to their services in the future.

I spoke with Pete personally who owns the company. I called on a Monday and they came on Friday. They just showed up, climbed on the roof and cleaned the gutters, took less than 30 minutes, (I have a small house) - three or four guys performed the service. Great price! Highly recommend!!
