 + -1 moreI signed the agreement in May and work didn't start till September!! Horrible communication and then they just show up without any notice. Ron the owner/salesman promised me things would be done and then didn't put them into the contract, subcontractors didn't do. I called the office daily and was told lies about the progress of my job. Windows were measured in July and didn't get installed until November!! I definitely will not call them again, or recommend them.
Description of Work: New cement stairs in front of house. New Windows, replace siding on rear of house, tuck point chimney, new air unit and duct work in home.

 + -1 morewe made a contract we them April of 2009 work did started until October. Foundation was pored on the last day to pore concrete of the year and was cold. december they started to build the porch in the snow and ice the north wall still leaks when it rain and i had to caulk they vinyl siding to stop the leak bad work!!!

 + 0 moreThey did the great job. Their clean-up was excellent. There was no sort of clean-up problem. Everything was nice and tidy. They finished it in a day. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We did use Father & Sons Home Improvement II, Inc. It was a pretty large job. It was a sewer repair that we had and they had to dig up the sidewalk in front of our business.

Description of Work: The initial consultation went well and they said they would start in10 days but i havent heard back from them. I call every day and they office ladies say they will have someone call me but noone has. So no work has been started 4 weeks from the initial consultation of 10 day estimate.
