I signed the agreement in May and work didn't start till September!!  Horrible communication and then they just show up without any notice.  Ron the owner/salesman promised me things would be done and then didn't put them into the contract, subcontractors didn't do.  I called the office daily and was told lies about the progress of my job.  Windows were measured in July and didn't get installed until November!!  I definitely will not call them again, or recommend them.

we made a contract we them April of 2009 work did started until October.  Foundation was pored on the last day to pore concrete of the year and was cold. december they started to build the porch in the snow and ice the north wall still leaks when it rain and i had to caulk they vinyl siding to stop the leak bad work!!!

They did the great job. Their clean-up was excellent. There was no sort of clean-up problem. Everything was nice and tidy. They finished it in a day. I would use them again in the future.

"Father & Sons Home Improvement II, Inc. 28 East Avenue Riverside, Illinois 60546 708-447-7000 This fact is totally untrue [member name removed] signed a contract on June 18, 2013 on the time of signing the [member name removed] had to make a deposit for the 50%. We keep asking them for the deposit they never produce the 50% down, so we send them a letter on July 3rd canceling the job because of non-payment. Please remove these blemishes from our records. The customer was wrong not us, If she would have paid the 50% the project would have been done. We have to follow our contract and she has to do so too, please upgrade our rating to an A. Any questions please give us a call at 708-447-7000."
