When it rains, nails were coming up and falling off of the roof. They sent someone out to attempt to fix this problem, and the problem persisted even after that time. Now I'm seeing water at the downspouts, and the water is backing up and coming down over the soffit. Potentially I think that my gutters may be clogged from the work that was done and materials being caught up in the gutters. When the skylight was reinstalled it seemed to not be thoroughly done. Previously, when they took the skylight out, without telling me that they were doing this, I started getting debris from the work that they were doing in my house through that hole. The crew was dropping the shingles on my roof and I had to call to stop them as they were damaging my house.Also, I got debris from the roof over my air conditioning, and had to cover it myself. Overall, the crew seemed to be very inconsiderate and careless. At this point the work is incomplete and I am hoping that after the snow we can get this work properly taken care of. Also, my main concern was to see where my roof was leaking and they could not tell me.

I wouldn't recommend them. He didn't do the job he was supposed to do. He tried to overcharge me. I had a proposal from another company and when I showed it to him, he immediately brought his price down $2,000. I'm still getting old nails that they took off coming off the roof. I had a leak in my roof and he couldn't even tell me where the leak was. He did a sloppy job, was unprofessional and overcharged. I would tell people not to use him.

They did an excellent job. The work was done in one day and on the day they said it would be done. The pricing was fair and lower than several other bids that I received.

They were very good. They worked fast and cleaned up well. Curtis was very courteous and helpful. Their price was really reasonable as well.

I had gotten two other damage assessments and estimates. Curtis came to inspect our roof within 48 hours, gave a thorough explanation of the problems, and did the work within another couple of days. He gave us a receipt for the work, a Roofing Certification and a copy of his license without being asked. He was courteous and professional. He came when he said he would and didn't try to overcharge my family for work we didn't need. I believe he is honest and he knows his stuff. I was able to select the color roof I wanted. They came on time. This work was done in one day. They cleaned up very well, using a vacuum so to speak so they could pick up small pieces. I would recommend them.

Owner was very prompt with our appointment; although the price he quoted I found to be a little over priced. The communication regarding work being completed was a little unprofessional; although the work did get completed.
