Very satisfied. They responded quickly and provided a highly competitive quote. The work was completed in 1 day. The final price was lower than quoted! I choose not to replace the gutters or existing power vent. They offered several options but were respectful of my choices and did not pressure me to add on extra services I did not want. Will probably contact them for siding and gutter work in the future.

Late this summer the storm-chasers were out drumming up business due to a recent hail storm in our area.  I was very nervous about putting in a homeowners claim with my insurance company - mostly because I didn't know who we should have do the work as I was very hesitant on using the door knockers.  I remembered a neighbor using Reliable Roofing & Remodeling a few years ago for a new roof & siding so I looked up the number, called & set up a time for an estimate.  I am very happy I did...From first contact, Casey was professional, promptly came out and gave a very competitive estimate, gave us a complete explanation of what to expect and how he was going to stage the work.  Work was completed sooner than I expected even with inclement weather (windy, rainy etc...).  I had called his office once or twice and each time received a call back within a reasonable amount of time (note working office hours).  I am very, very happy with the services received & would recommend them anytime! :))

They did a great job and gave me a great price. They even gave me better quality shingles and replaced a bad piece of plywood without trying to charge me any more money. Very happy with everything they did.

Casey and his crew of 6 were extremely accommodating and professional from start to finish. They showed up at the appointed time. I was concerned for certain areas and they made sure that everything was covered. Their clean up was amazing!
