Excellent! They came out and repaired it. The other water line had a leak and they came out again to fix it.

Everything went well such as communications, planning, and work completed on time or as planned.

It went well. However, when the first rain came the gutters that went around the chimney leaked. We called Daniel and he sent someone out. It still leaked. My husband recorded it. We called again and that's when Conrad came out. He figured out the problem took the measurements and in a few days had Hosea come out and fix it properly. Thanks Conrad for your great customer service. Thanks Hosea for fantastic job you did with the installation around the chimney. In the end we were very satisfied! Making a client feel that you are concerned when they have issues will get you repeat business and referrals every time.

Extremely well. Turned up on time, replaced the old roof, explained what they were doing, cleaned up at the end of the job.

Magdan was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Daniel was very responsive and was able to work with my insurance company to have the work done.  The only downside was the start schedule was off a bit but in all honesty we expected that living in Chicago and the work was well worth the wait. Great company to work with!

The tech was on time and very friendly.  He explained what the installation process involved and answered my questions.  The entire process took about an hour, and the fan works beautifully.

Magdan as always were very responsive and provided an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone requiring siding or roof work on their house.

Contractor was professional and pleasant.  The work was completed swiftly.  Contractor provided both before and after pictures of the work they completed on the roof as I am unable to climb up to see.  Contractor provided senior discount to the price, without me asking.

Magdan Home Improvement hit a home run in everything from the initial estimate to the final repairs.. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and RESPONSIVE (which is HUGE, considering the percentage of repair companies that don't return calls or don't show up for appointments!) I was kept updated as to when my job would be done, all my questions were quickly answered, and the completed repairs were done perfectly.  I would use the company again without hesitation.  Thanks Magdan!

Professional representative.  did a nice job explaining process.  It seemed to cool the upstairs by 5 degrees - but still need to do more to cool the dormered out upstairs in this brick bungalow.

The owner of the company came and he was the salesperson. He was very personable. He answered all our questions and got back to us with answers when we had questions. We were pleased with the service. They did nice work.

The quality of work was very good. They were delayed in starting but they got it done and it was a really good job. They have also done other services for me.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and informative. He came out, pinpointed the issues and came up with the best solution.  His crew was quick and performed quality work. After consulting with three other contractors, who were either too expensive or never followed back up, Magdan came to the rescue. They gave me a bid worked thru my concerns and completed the work on the schedule we discussed. The bid included shingles, a flat roof, gutters, downspouts and siding. If I have any complaint it's that because they're in such high demand some times it can hard to get a hold of them.

The service was fine. The guy showed up and did a good job when they were up. It was done quickly and efficiently and did a good job. They solved the problem I was having.

Overall, I am pleased with the work that Magdan did.  They came and got it done.  They took pictures and showed us the work we needed.  They did a walkthrough with us.  The only issues we had was with the initial tear-off of the original roof.  They were a bit sloppy and we got some neighbors complaining. They also were suppose to bring their generator but needed me to plug in power supply from the front window.  Still the work on the roof looked good.

They were fine. They didn't solve the problem, they looked at the ongoing problem, but they didn't try to sell me anything. They just said what the problems were, and what they would try, there was one other thing they would try, but it was too expensive.

Daniel was great to work with from start to finish.  He came out quickly to assess our issue and his pricing was lower but a few hundred dollars.  His crew worked quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased with the end result.  Provided us with before and after pictures of our chimney.  He was also very honest about the condition of our roof.  I was under the impression that we'd have to replace soon, but he assured us that we have another 3-5 years of life on it.  Daniel's an honest guy and does honest work.  When it's time to redo the roof, we'll be calling him!

Gutters

Magdan Home Improvement installed a new tear off roof and some siding on our house. The work was excellent and completed quickly. Their staff took care of all of the necessary permits and village inspections. They also were able to find someone to take care of some tuck pointing for us. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

They were good. I had a contractor come out and look at a situation because I was getting some problems with freezing in the gutter. They actually solved the problem where others cannot do so. He explained the situation to me quite well. He did a good work.

Daniel Micun, our contact person was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our needs. The team working on our house was also very professional and took the time to give us the results we were looking for. We think this work has added good overall value to our home and we would, and have, recommended Magdan Home Improvement to our friends and neighbors.

The pitch of our gutters was improved largely by bending them into place. They now look uneven against the roof. This may have been largely due to state of the gutters prior to our service, but I wish we could have discussed more options before the work was done.

Daniel was great.  The pricing was higher than others, but when I showed him lower estimates from other providers he lowered his rate, not as low as the others but lower than his initial rate.  If I were to hire them again, I'd negotiate a better price before work begins.  You live and learn.
