LNG Remodeling

Description of Work: Lado has done a great deal of work for my family and he always does a beautiful job for a great price. He completely remodeled my daughter and son-in-law's master bath, complete with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. He's done superb tile work (both floor and wall) for their kitchen, entry hall and bath and completely re-caulked their windows. The price above was for installing a double sliding window in a bedroom at my home. (I found and purchased the window and he picked it up) He was really meticulous about insulating the window both inside and out, capping the exterior of the window with wood trim and removing and replacing the interior trim, then painting the trim inside and out (using exterior paint for the outside and interior paint for the inside). As always, he completely cleaned up and vacuumed after himself. Today, he is replacing the toilet in my master bath. I ordered the toilet from Lowes and he picked it up and brought it here to install. He just took the old toilet outside and right now, he's carefully cleaning the tile behind the toilet area (without my asking him to!)
