These guys are great! Very knowledgeable not to mention extremely honest! Have used them on many projects and never had an issue! Tradesmen like these are hard to find! Would highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs!

Dave and his team are simply amazing. They installed an industrial size water boiler in my condo building little over a year and half ago. He also did some small jobs for me as well. Always returned my calls promptly and was the most reasonable and lowest priced plumber of the quotes I received. I would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work, big or small. I own several apartment buildings in the Elmwood Park, Illinois area. Occasionally plumbing issues arise. I used various plumbing contractors, mostly without satisfaction for various reasons (punctuality, price, completeness of the work, etc.). A friend suggested that I give Illinois Plumbing Works a try. What a revelation. Dave is a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. His work is top notch and his prices are reasonable. No job seams too small for him and he does all of the work to my complete satisfaction, explaining why I have the problem and how it will be corrected. Being this good, sometimes, I have to wait several days for a non-emergency job to be done, but real emergency work is done ASAP. I gave him 5 Stars, but he really deserves more. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Messaged the provider on a Friday. He said he would contact me the following Monday about coming out the following Friday. He never called. I followed up with him later in the week to see if he was still coming. He said no, his schedule filled up. He claims that he left me a message but he DID NOT. I asked if he was still interested in the job, or was it perhaps too small. He said he was still interested. OK, great. So I asked him when we could reschedule. He NEVER RESPONDED.

He was so easy to work with and helped me with a few other items I needed looked at. Very timely and reasonable. Thank you!!!

4. They do what they promise, on time, on budget without the typical BS/excuses/misrepresentations you get from most service providers. (Shocking!)

5. Whether you get Dave or any of his crew, they all display the same level of excellence and reliability. (Shocking!) Outstanding companies DO get that way from the top!

6. Their pricing is always real, fair and a great deal for the top quality results you always get! No bait/switch, pricing miscues or, "Oops, we didn't know that. It's going to cost lots more. Sorry."  (Shocking!)

7. Illinois Plumbing Works is run like a REAL, CUSTOMER FOCUSED BUSINESS...unlike virtually all other plumbers or other trades, who are run by technical people who don't have a clue how to run a real business, always disappointing you. Dave will NOT disappoint you. 

Bottom line - it's so RARE to find a trade company that is HONEST, COMPETENT, FAIR and RELIABLE that you would be making a mistake not to hire Dave and Illinois Plumbing Works! Do yourself a favor and skip the other guys. You'll be shocked and thrilled at how awesome Dave's company is!

He did all of the work efficiently and professionally.  He is very friendly and courteous, and let us know our options.

He came in accessed the situation and told me what he wanted to do and I agreed.  2 hours total!!!  Amazing.  Payed for his expertise and ability I am certain anybody else would have spent an entire day or more on this.

I have a TINY bathroom - Chicago Bungalow - I FINALLY found a 20" vanity that would fit ----in a 21" space---! I also needed this installed ASAP, as my daughter was coming in from out of town and staying with me, for my other daughter's wedding.
My husband was positive that he would not be able to do it, much less by the time I wanted; he was wrong!

I didn't realize when you purchase a new vanity & faucet that you need tons of other things to hook them up!  When I found out that I did NOT have all the parts needed -- no problem-- Dave had everything on his truck! 

How he fit in the tiny space between the toilet and tub and did such a beautiful job is beyond me; but he did it, with no complaints!
He cleaned up every speck of dirt and dust and disposed of all the old pipes & trap.

David was SO nice and courteous, I will use him again in an instant! I have recommended him to everyone ! He has even done work at my dentist's office ...and she too is so happy with his work - and how nice he is - and good prices!

Amazing! He is a 10 of 10! I am a tough critic, and expect perfection in workers... That's Dave. Dave is a fantastic communicator. Does top notch work. Works efficiently, in a very clean manner and is very fairly priced. He explains everything and is extraordinarily patient.he is prepared and makes things easy, he picks up the right parts and has even introduced me to a well priced plumbing supply house. His partner is great too. They were also very thoughtful in planning the overhead sewer.. Not something all plumbers are capable of doing. Dave also works well with other workers, and has been well liked by everyone. Including our contractor whom we introduced to Dave, and our contractor is already hiring Dave on other projects. He has done pretty much all plumbing tasks for us now and is skilled at all of them. You would be the luckiest person if you could hire Dave and illinois plumbing works.

I have used Illinois Plumbing Works for both my home and our business. Most recently, we redid a bathroom, and Dave did an amazing job on the plumbing, and toilet and fixture installation. He is very professional, is quick and efficient, and cleans up after himself. We had a bathroom back up on a Friday night at our family owned restaurant, and Dave was there within an hour, and then proceeded to stay until roughly 5am to get the entire problem solved. Our restaurant is in an old building so when we needed to redo the bathrooms, Illinois Plumbingg Works was the only company we even considered. The entire building now uses them for any of their needs. I have used this company for any plumbing issue I have ever had, big or small, and will continue to do so for as long as I have any plumbing needs.

I've had two instances where I needed plumbing help and David was to the rescue. He did a great job figuring out the problem on both occasions, where I had previous plumbers come to the house and they couldn't give me a good solution. Our first plumber said he would have to do work that would cost north of $1,500 and when David took a look at it he gave me a completely different & honest answer which was obviously more affordable than the previous plumber.. He was excellent, extremely responsive, and knew how to manage both occasions with ease. He's my go to guy from now on.

Craig and his team have done numerous small jobs for me since I purchased my residence in Oak Park last October.  This particular job was rather straight forward, but he has done all my plumbing for my new basement bathroom including installation of new mixing valves, pedestal sinks, and toilet supply lines as well.  Craig works with my schedule (I'm usually not available 8-5) and replies to texts quickly.  His team has > 30 years of collective experience and they get the job done quickly and easily.
