FORTE PLUMBING CO

These guys are legit. Today, amid a long stretch of sub-freezing temperatures, I had Carmen out to help with a burst pipe in a basement wall. He arrived only hours after I called, and he came with two other employees. He was able to quickly identify the likely area of the break to a line that supplies the hose bib on the outside of the house. He then found a shut-off valve for that line (I’m not washing cars or watering flowers in January!) in a non-obvious spot. That allowed me to turn the water back on to the rest of the house, and it allowed him to get to other emergencies today. He’ll come back to repair the break when things let up. During this visit, Carmen also spent some of his valuable time discussing options for addressing low water pressure, and for replacing an aged water heater. No charge for today’s visit. In the past, they’ve also installed a garbage disposal for me, and rodded out a bad clog near the grease trap. I’m grateful to have Forte Plumbing to call on when needed.

We have not had water since they put it in. About 4 guys came out and it took a few hours. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Robert Forte over the past few months. His crew provided sewer camera line repair during a home inspection. Robert is always responsive and has taken the time to assess my various issues on the phone over multiple times. He has also done a site visit and his approach is always very practical. He's very very nice, knowledgeable and I will refer and work with him again.

We always use them and they are wonderful. We have used them several times. They are very trustworthy. Their prices are fair and everything that they do is done well. They have done everything that I have asked them to. They do a really good job and they ask what else I need done. They will walk around with me.

They are a good company. I usually get him out the same day. When we get any kind of flooding problems they have always come out to help us. I think they charge by the hour. We have used them for years and we know them and they were in our community so they are really nice people. If I can I did rather to have somebody in the house that I know already. I would recommended them. They are little bit expensive. Something like a plumber once you get one that you are satisfied with you sort of stay with that company and simply if you don't want to try somebody else and then they can't do it right.

He came on time and didn't make a mess. I was very happy with him. They were quick to respond. They have great knowledge.

They saved me a hundred dollars and I was very pleased with their honesty.

This company is excellent; always responsive, and their flood control system works in all situations.  Vital for areas that experience basement sewer backup.

Mike called before he came, and arrived 1/2 hour later.  He was very personable and knowledgable.

The plumbers, Keith and Mark, were a pleasure.  They were quick, professional and cleaned up very well.  The entire job took three days.  All the plumbing was done outside, and only the electric was done inside the house.  No mess, no fuss, no bother.  Now only time will tell how well the job will hold up.  I have heard that others are very pleased, so I have great hope.

|Very satisfied with workmen and project.  When finished couldn't even tell front yard hadbeen disturbed.  Haven't had to test system as yet.

They maintain it annually.  The system has saved me from basement floods when all others around me are having a mess to clean.  Whenever I call for other issues - a request for service or just a request for information.  I find them very practical and helpful.  My last contact was a request for information.

It took 15 weeks for them to actually put the lift station in, since everyone in town was putting in some type of flood control.
Originally, I had another company coming out, but they cancelled on me, after I waited 8 weeks for them. When I called Forte they put me on their list. They were very understanding of the situation. Note, the other company was half the cost, but you couldn't use your water if the pump was running. So I guess you get what you pay for. With Forte's system you can use your water,and flush your toilets.  When the guys came out they were punctual, more than courteous, and did what they said they were going to do. Even the ladies in the office were nice and very helpful.  Carmen and Robert were very helpful in explaining the system, and took the time to answer any questions. Carmen made sure the job was done correctly, and kept me informed. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
