The experience was okay. Nothing really stood out with the work done.

It went very well. I am very happy, and gladly recommend their services. The floors look lovely.
During the quotation process he understood the importance of installing the flooring under the dishwasher.
They delivered the wood a week in advance to let it acclimate. The first day they removed the exisiting flooring and covered critical areas (kitchen, pantry,living room with plastic barriers. Very nicely done.
The finish they used was water based, I didn't have to leave the house or worry about foodstuffs.
The blending looks great. I've been lving wit it for a couple of weeks and have not once noticed an error, or missed item.
They cleaned-up after the job nicely and added pads to the furniture that they moved. I am happy with the quality of the flooring they used. It is 3/4and quot; oak, originally unfinished (so it could be blended).

The project went very well, job was finished in the time frame promised by DC Floors' owner and we were able to open the showroom according to our schedule. Very pleased with the hard work that was put in. I recommended them since and I will continue to do so based on the feedback we got from many happy customers over the years.
