Good. I called the day before work was performed and got a very rough estimate of around $750. Technician/salesman tried to push extras on me that would have jacked price up over $2000. This was, in my opinion, at least a two-person job. Carpet is very heavy when wet, and the man was sweating buckets working alone. Consequently, the job lasted 2.5 hours, and the man got a little careless trying to get the job done. Still wet carpet was paraded through the house dripping water on the vinyl floor leading out to the driveway. The man commented, "Are you going do that while I'm here?", when I and my wife began to mop-up the watery mess. I said "I don't want you to slip", but my wife's thoughts were slightly less concerned for his welfare.
Description of Work: Technician vacuumed excess water from the carpet & removed carpet. Ditto with the underlying padding. These materials were then hauled out of the house & placed in the driveway for disposal.
