MWW Painting and Home Design

Mike and his team were referred to me by my real estate agent and I only heard good things about them. Communication through the whole process was perfect and we set up a time for the guys to come over and paint the place. It is a 2b/2b apartment. Prior to that I received an estimate from Mike and we discussed what paint colors I want and when the team showed up ready to start painting everything was bought and ready. Every day guys would do the work and clean after themselves and put things away where they were and always put their tools away to the dedicated area in my place. Everything was smooth and painless. I was amazed at how professionally everything was done. When everything was painted I didn't have even a slightest touch up work left that needed to be done. The pain looks amazing, my apartment was clean after the guys left and I didn't even need to move the furniture or participate in the process at all. Mike and his team are my go to guys if I ever need to paint anything again! Highly recommend!

Mike and his team were fantastic.  Mike picked up all the supplies and brought the receipts from home depot to prove that we were charged fairly and appropriately.  The price he quoted was exactly the same from the beginning to the end, and was extremely fair.  The price was also much much lower than price quoted by other contractors.  His team arrived on time every day and was careful with clean up.  The backsplash for our kitchen looked great.  Mike came over and inspected the work every few days, and if not up to his standards, he would ask his workers to redo it without any prompting from us.  They were also flexible and worked with us whenever we changed our minds about things (such as wall color).  We definitely recommend them and would like them to come back and remodel our bathroom.

The price of the quote was almost the exact number I had predicted in advance. I feel that the cost of service is very fair.
The quality of work was outstanding. Each day the team consisted of 2-3 painters, all of whom were very professional and clearly experienced. As the work went on, the painters even made a few suggestions which resulted in a better outcome. They covered anything that might potentially get paint on it, and moved furniture and breakable items very carefully. At the end of each day, they cleaned up everything and stacked their materials in a very small area. The electrician provided a better solution for the outlet than I had requested.
The owner, Mike, was responsive in terms of responding to calls and emails.
The only snag, was that he forgot the initial meeting for coming to give a quote. He was very apologetic. Since the reviews on Angie's List were so strong, I gave him another chance and rescheduled. I'm glad I did, as I am very pleased with the finished product.

He should change the name to MWW EVERYTHING - because his crew does so much more than painting, and they do it all exceptionally well. 
I've rarely had such a great experience with a contractor - Mike always met his commitments, his price was reasonable, and the workmanship was top-notch. Thank you Mike & MWW.

We've hired the company to repaint the entire 1400 sq ft apartment, excluding kitchen and bathroom area. We live in a vintage condo building and the baseboards, as well pretty much the entire trim was in a very bad shape to the point that I've been seriously considering taking the entire trim, including the baseboards, down and replace it with the new one. I'd thought it was beyond the repair.
MWW painting workers were able to restore it to almost original condition. In addition to that, they've accommodated my last minute request to do some carpentry work around the house.
The entire experience was the best I've ever had dealing with the contractors, and I've done many remodeling in both, my previous residences as well as in my investment properties. The quality of work was excellent and I am very meticulous and picky person who is VERY attentive to details.
On the average, the crew of 3 workers were always on time, worked the entire shift non-stop :my husband works from home and had noticed that nobody took any breaks during the whole project, except for 30 min lunch. The crew is young and intelligent with excellent communications skills, far cry from your average redneck contractor you afraid to let into your house, let alone, touch anything in it.
Mike, the owner was very responsive and the final bill was exactly the same as the proposed estimate. The total project took almost 2.5 weeks.
I would certainly hire MMW Painting again and recommend them to anybody.

They were excellent. They charged us $600 and something. Everything was just fine about them. They were really quick and friendly. They answered all our questions and they did not linger on the work. It was a fantastic experience overall. We have not had any problems since then.

MWW Painting and Home Design did okay. I think they were having problems with the worker. They wound up breaking a fountain I had but he did fix it for no charge. MWW Painting and Home Design was average. I think the painting job was okay. They didn't remove the bathroom fixtures to paint under them. They didn't unscrew them so I can see the old paint behind them.

Michael and his crew did a great job. I have a 825 sq. ft loft with 12 foot ceilings with timber beams spanning the width of the apartment. They finished in two days at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again.

The work these two painters did was basically good---prepared (electric sander, etc) and started painting My problem was their work ethic. I worked at home that day and saw that they were not working 30% -40% of the time [ smoking cigarette, just talking to each other and not painting, long mid-morning break, extensive lunch break, etc.]. They came out to our building and gave a two day estimate. At rate they were going, it was going to take much longer to complete and, therefore, much more expensive. I told the boss when they arrived the second day that I was not happy and would not pay for additional time. I asked him if he had ever supervised them and got no real response. He said because I was unhappy he would have they paint an additional two hours. They did the two hours more that second morning and left. So I only paid for one day. Work was fine but work ethic was not.

They did a good job. I liked the painter that came to our home. The communication was a little difficult but they did everything that we asked.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional and courteous at all times. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends. They took their time and made sure that the job was done right.

Mike and his painter arrived on time and got right to work. The work area remained neat and clean throughout the process. The work was very neat and professional; no drops of paint anywhere and the finish looks great.

The work was handled very professionally by four extremely pleasant, hardworking guys -unfortunately the only names I remember are Michal (Mike) and Artur. Artur did a superb job of obtaining a smooth surface on the ceiling. After some very intensive work (scraping, priming, skimcoating, priming again, and painting) my ceilings look truly amazing! The surface is now flawless, smooth, and perfectly painted.
The patching on the walls - which had some big holes in them, drywall seams that were visible, plaster damage, and ugly unevenness- was equally well done.
I plan to do additional remodeling done, which I discussed with Michal for an estimate. He took the time to listen to my ideas patiently, and provided suggestions and help strategizing the work. Hopefully, it will not be too difficult to schedule work with them in the future, as I hope to do the rest of my substantial project with them.
