About us
Performance Unlimited, Inc. opened its doors in 1984 repairing cars & trucks for McHenry and surrounding area customers. We quickly developed a strong customer base and began expanding into the motor sport side of the industry. Effective October 14th, 2006, we moved to a new facility to better serve our customers needs. We are now located 3 miles North, on Route 31, of our last location in, Gaylor Business Park, 5415 Austin Ct, Ringwood, IL 60072. Along with expert auto and truck repair, we now offer parts and service for 4x4 off road, circle track, road racing, street & import performance, and truck accessories.

I did some checking to see what shops were in my area. I decided to give ?Performance Unlimited Inc? a call and request a quote. The people I spoke with were polite and professional. I was happy with the quote provided (compared with others I had received) and made an appointment to drop off my car.
When I arrived in the morning to drop off my car I noticed that this looked like a professional shop. I also noticed that they had a
couple of nice classic cars on the lifts. I really like the fact they work on classic and performance vehicles, as is stated on their web site. I have always had good luck with repair shops that work on performance race type vehicles. My car was dropped off in the morning and was ready by the afternoon on the same day. When I got home I got under the car to inspect their work and was very pleased with the results. I would defiantly use them again and would recommend this shop to a friend if they needed work done on their vehicle.
