Flooring
The hardwood flooring was poorly installed and stained. When they were asked to return to correct the problems, the work still left dark blemishes that they would not return to fix. When they were contacted to place a wood flush mounted vent in the floor, they gave me the run around for months and never came out to do the job. The phone numbers that they use are never answered and messages are returned only when they want to talk to you. The owner is Tammy and the on-site supervisor is Ron.
