Royal Gardens Landscaping

I have been using Royal Gardens landscaping for many years. They provide my weekly service and have always done a great job. They also provide scrub clipping and spring and fall cleanup services.

Excellent! Showed up on time and completed project in a neat, timely fashion.

They're here weekly, they mow weekly. They'll be out wednesday. I can't tell you the weekly, but the total amount of the year was $1,100, but we get a discount because we pay in advance.We also have them do weed control and fertilizer, I mean all for that same amount. The price probably changes year to year. Their price is excellent. Sometimes they go a little fast and they smash up the grass, they tear up the grass because it's wet. The big machines kind of rip up the side, but when we talk to them they fix it.

So far (5 weeks) they are doing very well, with the grass looking well tended.

Although they didn't really tell me when they were showing up, when they did, I had zero complaints.  They did an excellent job.  The yard looks beautiful.  I didn't have to ask them to take care of any details.  It was perfect.

They are professional and did an excellent job.  Once we agreed the job was completed in a couple days and still looks great.

I had contacted Royal Gardens after purchasing and moving into a new house. Unfortunately the bank didn?t keep up any of the landscaping per the HOA and so I was put into a difficult situation at the start. Royal was quick to rise to the challenge and did an amazing job fixing everything under a tight timeline. They were then hired to do the weekly maintenance and are always punctual and professional with their work. I don?t believe their prices are that high given the quality of work and customer service (you get what you pay for!).
They also reach out proactively to verify everything is meeting your expectations followed by ending the season with an awesome Holiday card! Looking forward to using them this upcoming spring for some additional landscaping projects.

The person in the office is always available to take requests and notify the team of those services. The onsite crew works well with us for all our needs. They do a very professional job and area always punctual.

Everything went fine, yard was cleaned up nicely.

They were actually brought in when a landscaping company couldn't come out to do their work because we gave that company the contract but they were under such a gigantic contract that they could not come out and basically give us a time frame when they could do the work. I called in Royal Gardens and they actually met the quote that we got from that company. They quoted us originally on the work that they were going to do and it was $3275 but we paid them $2250. They came out, did a really good job. The guys worked all day long, built the steps that we wanted. We had to have a handrail and the next thing we knew, they came back a few days later because they built it in their shop and came back and installed it for us. They put in a beautiful wall. We're ecstatic. The driveway literally met from one lane and it's side-by-side now in one area. It opened it up exactly what we wanted it to do. If we had another project, we will be calling them.

Everything went fine. They did just what was expected. The original quote was for more material than they put in. When the invoice came, I called to ask for a correction. Had no problems other than needing to verify with the foreman.

We used Royal Gardens for several years as our weekly landscaping service.  They did a good job and never missed a week.  Pricing is decent, especially for subsequent year renewals.  They don't offer much flexibility in their fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide treatments - I always felt that 5 fertilizer treatments was too much.  Weekly mowing also seemed excessive in the late summer/fall when the grass doesn't grow much.  We are now with a landscaper that offers more flexibility in terms of frequency of mowing and treatments.

They did a fantastic job - from working with Marcia to the guys that did all the heavy lifting. Great job from beginning to end. And I love talking to Melissa about future projects!

My issue with them was that I wanted them to come during the week versus the weekend and they really were inflexible on the date until, typically, they wouldn't come until the very end of the day on Saturday. It seemed like everything was priced à la carte and with escalating costs. I think the quality of the work was average, but their prices were medium to high.

Overall very satisfied with the work, was a bit surprised on the cost but they were comparable to other companies I had contacted.

They didn’t do the work when I was available and I wasn’t satisfied with it.

I called to get my lawn aerated.  They had a $99 special for up to an acre and came out in a couple of weeks.  There was some delay due to the weather but it didn't matter because they came while I was at work and said they could bill me.  Worked out well for me and I was pleased with the results.

I have used them for years. They are highly responsive and completely dependable. They provide a consistently quality look for the yard.
