"Thanks so much for the nice review. Did you sell your house yet?"
"Thanks for your nice review!"
They also reach out proactively to verify everything is meeting your expectations followed by ending the season with an awesome Holiday card! Looking forward to using them this upcoming spring for some additional landscaping projects.
"It's always a pleasure working with you, too! We all enjoy your enthusiasm and desire to make your yard the best on the street. Thanks so much for the great comments. See you again in the spring!"
"Hi Customer-- Thanks for your posting. Please let me know which shrub didn't survive and I'll have it replaced in the spring. Glad to hear your weed problem was solved."
"I spoke to Member today to find out exactly what her concerns were. Although I wasn't able to change the day that the work was performed at this point, I am going to repair the area in question next spring. We repaired a turf area that was disturbed from a sewer repair and it has continued to settle. We'll add more soil and overseed again in April to make sure her front yard is the best looking on her block."
