My husband continuous called them to get information on when they were going to schedule to come out and do the work and that was not professional.  When they finally came out the price way pitch was not separated from the house so the water pools next to the basement windows. I think if you do driveway for a living it should be better. I called to complain and they came out and did some work and said it is better now but it was not. The crew on site was professional.

I have used them twice. In my experience they do good work. I wasn't here when they did it the first time and they did a very satisfactory job.

Things started to go bad when I simply couldn t get them out in a timely manner and we were beginning to bump up against winter. When they finally laid it down, they didn't do it according the proper specs of the job. I could barely drive one car up on it because it was too narrow. They came out and instead of starting over, they added asphalt and re-heated what was there. The part that was re-heated has severely cracked. It started cracking right away. We contacted them and they simply offered to re-heat again and wouldn't even come out to look at the damage. By this time, we had called around and many other places told us that re-heating was the problem, not the solution. They simply stopped taking our calls after we refused the re-heating. Now we are living with a very bad driveway because they don't back up their work. They have still never seen what they have done.

They did excellent work. They really know what they're doing. hey communicated very well and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was being done. They cleaned up great, nothing was left on the street or in the yard.

When I called them in August they took my name and said they would group me with other jobs in Libertyville and call me. I got a call within a few weeks and they arrived on schedule. Two employees coated the driveway which is rather large in about 20 minutes. They did an excellent job and did not get any of the black coating on the adjoining concrete or roadway. They were careful to clean the driveway first and made an effort to fill the sealer on the edges. (I edged the driveway throughly before they arrived). I watched them work and it was poetry in motion. They use a high quality sealer and it was dry after 24 hours. I have been extremely happy with their work.

We investigated several companies, looked at their work and spoke with their past customers. We selected Rabine Paving because of their references and also on their estimate. Although they were rather slow in getting us an estimate and also rather slow in completing the work, we are very pleased with the final product. They responded well to our several concerns regarding sloping and curving and drainage. Every employee encountered was friendly, courteous, professional and competent.
