Wasted weeks with this company. Joe was great but things went downhill when we started working with Rachel Moore. We would email her several times but would not get a response until after the 3rd or 4th email. Received a call from the owner. I believe his name was John Butler. He said he would make things right and he would take the lead on our project. That call was over a week ago and we still have not heard anything. Please don’t waste your time with this company. They are not trustworthy and reliable. I expected things would be better when I received a call from the owner but I guess this is how he runs his business.

Very well done. They came out when they said they would. They left behind no mess and a pair of stakes and tape marking the driveway as being freshly tarred. Neat application with little spilling past the pavement edges. 24 hr drying time. I've always done this myself, this was the first time I've used a commercial service. I've always used a top of the line coating. The coating this company used was noticeably thinner then I've used. I don't know if this is to be expected of a commercial service or not so I didn't down rate them for it. If it lasts the 2-3 years they say it will then it was well worth it. If it doesn't then their price was high compared to others.
