The tech who was applying the product to my yard did an awful job. I would complain and they would come back but it still looked terrible. It was put down uneven and I had areas that were green and other areas where you can tell there was no product put down. I did a better job when I did it myself. I find out the tech was new and was destroying yards. Of course he was fired but my yard was never fixed. So now I am working on repairing it myself. I also asked about getting my yard aerated and when I called they would tell me it is better to do in the fall. So I waited and when I called in the fall they said it is better to do in the spring. Then the price doubled. Honestly I do not think they know what they are doing. Everyone I talked to had a different answer and did not communicate with each other. I specifically asked for the tech who did my neighbors yard to do mine, but they kept sending a different tech.

I have not heard any complaints from my tenants at all. In fact, I have not had to have them back for a service call. So, that is good news.

We have been using Lawn Doctor for six years and have been nothing but happy. They are more than willing to come out whenever you call to discuss concerns you may have regarding your lawn or any of the services they provide.

I was very happy with their services. They were very professional and addressed any concern or question I had right away. I did not experience that kind of service from another company in the past. I definitely recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable for the services they provide.

I tried these guys out because I was unhappy with someone I had tried prior to them. I found them to be extremely polite and professional over the phone. When I had questions, they had someone come out to the house and evaluate my problems and took care of them right away. I like that they offer various services for the yard. It is refreshing for a company to treat you like they actually want you to be happy with their services and value you as a customer. I am extremely happy with this company and will continue to use them. I do wish their prices were just a little lower, but you get what you pay for. I tried the cheaper company before them and it was a mistake on several levels. This particular office is great.

The started out great, the lawn looked good and the crew was professional. Unfortunately, as time has gone by, they are more concerned about the time it takes and seem to rush the job. The result is that the lawn is not cut as well as when they first started. They have responded to my complaints, but haven't resolved the issue yet. I will continue with them for now, but may look into other companies as well.

Company does what they say. My lawn (more like a field of weeds)was in horrible condition when we purchased the house and were unable to bring it back. Through two seasons of care, Lawn Doctor has made our lawn thrive, even with last summer's drought and two chocolate labs running wild on it. We will use them again next year.
