Although the field crew was relatiely easy to work with, I will NEVER use this company again. After one year, the pavers on the front stoop were sliding down the side as if the glue failed, and the edge pavers were tiping, thereby risking a fallback when you stepped up to the front door. I called to have them come out and fix it and they acted like it was an inconvenience to fix their own work. They supposedly fixed the pavers by re-glueing them and re-sanding. That solved NOTHING. The next summer I called again to say it was even worse, they sent a kid (literally, he couldn't have been more than 16 or 17 years old) to "evaluate" the problem, and then never returned any calls or returned to really fix the issue. I've had to call someone else (the same guy that did such a wonderful job on our back patio) to fix it, and it will cost me $1,400!!! The pavers had to be removed from the stoop, a different size was necessary along the edge to avoid tipping, a new concrete step had to be poured, they had to pull out some base pavers around the stoop because they were sinking and weren't compacted correctly, and more! Now that I see how quality work is done, I can see that Groundscape Concepts does NOT know how to install paver patios!
