QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS FANTASTIC. QUALITY OF THE ONSITE WORKERS EXCELLENT. DEALING WITH COMPANY MANAGEMENT- A NIGHTMARE. ALSO, CHARGE SHOWED UP ON FINAL BILL THAT WASN'T AGREED TO OR IN THE CONTRACT.

THE MEMBER'S BASEMENT HAD BEEN FINISHED PREVIOUSLY, AND HE WANTED TO GUT IT HIMSELF. HE WAS ADVISED THAT THERE WAS SOME CODE ISSUES THAT NEEDED ADDRESSING, BUT THAT UNTIL THE DEMO WAS COMPLETE AND THE CITY COMPLETED A PROJECT REVIEW AND SITE INSPECTION, WE WOULD NOT KNOW THE EXTENT OF THE UPGRADES NEEDED. HE WAS IN AGREEMENT TO THAT. THE ELECTRICAL NEEDED A LOT OF WORK DUE TO THE EXISTING CONDITIONS PRESENT. AFTER THE WALLS WERE FRAMED, HE HAD OUR CARPENTERS MOVE THEM TO MAKE BIGGER ROOMS, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD APPROVED THE PLANS BEFORE THE PERMIT WAS APPLIED FOR. HE WAS ONLY CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE ELECTRICAL CODE UPGRADE WORK, WHICH HE WAS WELL AWARE FROM THE BEGINNING THAT IT WAS PROBABLE. I CAN NOT RESPOND TO HIS RESPONSIVENESS GRADE OR THE PUNCTUALITY BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHY HE GRADED US LOW. WHEN THE JOB WAS SIGNED, HE KNEW OUR BACKLOG WAS APPROX. 4 MONTHS. WE STARTED 1 WEEK SOONER AND IT ONLY TOOK 22 CALENDER DAYS TO FINISH! IT DID TAKE HIS CITY OVER 6 WEEKS TO ISSUE A PERMIT. IT IS CONFUSING WHY HE RATED OUR PROFESSIONALISM HIGH, BUT SAID IT WAS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THE MANAGEMENT. I CAN ONLY ASSUME HE DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT HE WAS CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL WORK THAT HE KNEW HE WOULD BE CHARGED FOR.
