Amazing........No need to call anyone else. My husband called Chuck and he was in the area and asked if he could come by now to take a look. Within 20 minutes he was at our house. Awesome response, I was impressed already and he didn't even get to our house yet. He took a look at things we have to do around the house spent time with us, in detail. He was not in a rush to get out the door was willing to talk with us about all of our concerns. Now my grandfather and father built our house in the 60 so I didn't even think that he would want to work on our house, and anyone in that matter. Our house is a well built house we just now have all the upgrades to do along with the repairs. With talking with him he said he would love to do the work for us. With that said he wanted to show us a few things along with a window. He said he would call us the next day and he did. We spoke he came by the next day. The most important thing that says a lot is he always called when he said he would and always came by when he said he would. His phone was even broke so he couldn't call us so he stopped by instead. This in it self says a lot about him. Before he started the job I loved him already I just knew he was the guy to do the work. We stated that we wanted the work done the first week in October and he said he would put us on the schedule. Ok so from past experience I thought we will see.....so me as the customer didn't prepare for him to come in and do the work. I hand piles of junk on my dining room table, curio cabinet wasn't empty, and neither was our china hutch. When he came by the last time before he started working he said I need the hutches empty and the things picked up. So I got in panic mode......my fault, I should of known he was a man of his word. Anyway he had a lot of patience with us and was willing to work around our mess. I thank him for that. Needless to say with my procrastination he finished the job in less time he thought it would take. Chuck and his men were here every morning when they said they would be. Cleaned up everyday and was very professional from start to finish. When he says something he means it. I would hire him in a second and not even blink. We are already looking at the next thing we want him to come out and do. Most importantly my floors look so good and I have to thank him for this. It brought tears to my eyes to see how beautiful they looked. He has inspired me truly. HONET, PROFESSIONAL, SINCERE, AND HARD WORKER
