Very helpful, educating about repair, showing problem, explaining in nontechnical language how it would be repaired, steps needed, supplies needed, they take care of, provided estimate of all costs, as well as time it would take and prep for repair. Showed photos of areas not normally viewable. Explanation, demonstration and time spent on this was appreciated. Superb professional expertise.

I most certainly will refer HCC to others. My wife recommends these men for their courtesy, friendly and business like manner and "while they were here, they were working". I recommend John Kramer, Terrence and John for the quality of their work, minimum disruption of our house, their clean up of work debris. John took my list of to-do items, had a walk through to make sure we agreed on what was to be done and then scheduled the work. The work was done in a timely manner. John and his team were on time, very professional and courteous. Refreshing since that is something that seems to be lacking with a lot of businesses these days. I plan on hiring him for several jobs. I had my bathroom done and it is fabulous, I can't stop looking at it. John & Terrence worked diligently to make it perfect...and it is! Another job that I had done was wood finishing Terrence did a terrific wash effect on the wood-work, something I have wanted for years. The whole house looks brand new. Love it!!! John and Terrence did a tremendous job on a tile project as well the tile is perfectly straight and looks amazing. Everything he did was so precise. Thank you so much :-)

John was incredible. We had extensive outdoor updates needed to our home (siding repair; construction of new pillars; wood replacement around bay windows; etc.) We also knew that we wanted to improve the curb appeal of our home, so we had a pile of ideas collected to represent our vision. John was incredible! He met with us to review our ideas; he offered suggestions; he brought us to stores in order for us to see products first-hand. He listened! He communicated with us every step of the way. Even when we had to make choices (like the dimensions of our front posts) he built several "mock ups" to let us look at it and think about it. He always invited our input and patiently worked with us every step of the way. Often times hired home improvement people make you feel rushed or when you have a suggestion to change something, they look frustrated. Not John! We will recommend him to anyone! So glad we found him and we thank Home Advisors for his. We had such a hard time getting anyone to call us back and we finally called Home Advisors with one stipulation: "Please give us the names of contractors with an average 5-star rating only!" John from Home Care Construction of Rantoul was their first referral. So glad this all worked out and our project came out even better than we envisioned. Thanks John and your team! And, one more thing, John has a list of other professionals in his Rolodex to make other tasks happen. For instance we also had some electrical work and exterior painting that was needed for us to achieve our overall look. Again, we had no return calls from several electrical and painting companies. When John took on our project, he connected us with his great companies that called us the same day and provided bids quickly. He coordinated with other companies/installers and it was honestly a dream come true. Five stars from us! Oh, and did we say he was personal, fun and professional? A+ He will be our go-to guy.
